A reservation is considered valid only after Side Tours Turkey sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp, including:

Guests must provide accurate hotel or accommodation details and a working WhatsApp number. Incorrect information may affect pickup times or result in missed tours.
Payment is made on the day of the tour to Side Tours Turkey or an authorized supplier.
Accepted currencies: Turkish Lira, Euro, United States Dollar, British Pound.
Card payments are available only for selected tours.
Most excursions do not require prepayment.
However, selected private tours or customized programs may require a deposit, which will be clearly stated before booking.
Tour prices include the services listed on each tour page.

If the guest is unreachable or not present, the vehicle may leave without waiting.

Cancellations are free until 1:00 PM on the day before the tour.

Low number of participants
Guests may choose a new tour date or request a refund if payment was previously made.
Changes requested within 24 hours are possible depending on availability, but not guaranteed.
