Guests are collected from hotels and residences in Side and surrounding areas and transferred to Alanya in comfortable vehicles. We then ascend by vehicle to the 800-meter Yassi Tepe launch point, where wind and safety conditions are evaluated before takeoff. Flight duration depends on weather and passenger weight, averaging 20 minutes. You glide above the Alanya coastline with stable tandem control under a licensed pilot. Landing takes place smoothly on Cleopatra Beach. After landing, optional photo and video footage can be viewed and purchased. Guests are then transferred back to their hotels in Side.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If wind speed or weather conditions are not suitable, we cancel or reschedule the flight. You can choose a new date or receive a full refund. We never fly in unsafe conditions.
Is paragliding in Side safe?
Yes, when organized professionally. All flights are tandem with licensed pilots who control take-off, flight, and landing. Equipment is checked before every flight and we only operate in approved weather conditions.
Can children fly safely?
Yes. Children can fly in tandem with a certified pilot. Minimum age is 5 years (with parental permission). Safety equipment is adjusted individually for each child.
What is paragliding jumping height?
We take off from Yassi Tepe at approximately 800 meters above sea level. It is a controlled mountain take-off, not a “jump” like skydiving.
What is paragliding?
Paragliding is a tandem flight using a fabric wing. You sit comfortably in a harness while a professional pilot controls the glider. There is no engine, the flight uses wind and thermal air currents.
Difference between paragliding and parasailing?
Paragliding: You take off from a mountain and glide freely through the air with a pilot.
Parasailing: You are attached to a boat and lifted by speed over the sea.
Paragliding offers longer flight time and higher altitude.
Can beginners paraglide safely?
Yes. Most of our guests are first-time flyers. No training or prior experience is required because the pilot handles everything.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The maximum weight limit is 110 kg for safety reasons.
Is there an age limit?
Minimum age is 5 years. There is no strict upper age limit, as long as the participant is in normal physical condition.

Do I need previous experience?
No experience is needed. It is a tandem flight with a professional pilot.
How long does the whole tour take?
The full program takes approximately 4–5 hours, including transfer from Side to Alanya and return.
How far is Alanya from Side?
Alanya is approximately 64 km from Side.
How long is the actual flight?
The flight lasts on average 15–25 minutes, depending on wind conditions and passenger weight.
Can I bring my phone during the flight?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend holding your phone during take-off or landing. Professional photos and videos are available after the flight.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, Sports shoes (closed shoes), Sunglasses recommended. Avoid sandals or loose footwear.
Can I fly with my partner together?
You cannot fly under the same parachute. However, you can take off one after another and often fly at the same time with separate pilots.
Is it too hot in summer?
Even in summer, it feels cooler in the air due to altitude and wind. Most guests find the temperature comfortable during the flight.
Why do we fly in Alanya and not in Side?
Side does not have a suitable mountain launch site. Alanya offers Yassi Tepe at 800 meters with stable wind conditions and an official landing zone on Cleopatra Beach, making it the safest and most professional option.

No hidden fees. Mountain access and all official site fees are included in our price. The only optional extra is photo and video service.
